Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Fresh View Chrome extension ("the Extension", "our Extension", "the Service") operated by Fresh View ("us", "we", "our").

By installing, accessing, or using our Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access or use our Extension.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

When using our Extension, you agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, or hack the Extension or modify any other website to falsely imply it is associated with Fresh View
• Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Extension or servers or networks connected to the Extension
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Extension
• Attempt to reverse engineer any portion of the Extension
• Use the Extension in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it

3. Intellectual Property

The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fresh View and its licensors. The Extension is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

4. Third-Party Services

The Extension integrates with Yahoo Search services. By using our Extension, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your use of Yahoo Search services is subject to Yahoo's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• We are not responsible for any aspects of Yahoo's services
• Your search queries will be processed according to Yahoo's privacy practices
• The availability of search results depends on Yahoo's services

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of search results
• The Extension will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the Extension will be corrected

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fresh View, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages relating to your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Extension

7. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Extension with or without notice
• Change these Terms and Conditions at any time
• Update the Extension automatically to enhance security, fix bugs, or add functionality

Your continued use of the Extension following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
